as executive and senior manager of Health Insurance BC,
Pacific Blue Cross and TELUS.
Michael DeSandoli
has over 25 years experience in solutions delivery. He is an
acknowledged leader in such industries as aerospace, retail,
financial services and high-tech manufacturing.
Michael's specialties include online channel building,
business development, IVR and sales operations. He has
served as an executive and senior manager of Future Shop,
Canaccord Capital, TELUS and Creo.

Jim Cardwell has over 20 years experience successfully

Jim has experience in government, industrial, distribution
and sales, and pharmaceutical organizations.
Pam
Hinada
has 12 years experience as a consulting business analyst. She
specializes in process redesign and business requirements definition, and
has provided leadership and consulting expertise to projects in healthcare,
retail and telecommunication sectors.
Simon Lucas has nearly 25 years international experience in
planning and leading the development and delivery of
transformational business change, including the launch
of innovative new services. Typically these have
significant technology considerations, often with
substantial contact centre and internet components.

Mark Clancy has over 17 years experience in project and
business management. He recently project-managed the
introduction of Best Buy Canada’s customer loyalty
program, RewardZone, which enrolled several hundred
thousand customers in the first year. He has
successfully managed complex technology projects in
Canada, the US and Australia in a variety of
industry verticals. Mark is a Professional Engineer,
has an MBA from the University of Western Ontario
(Ivey), and is CEO of IGENO, a leading provider of
management reporting solutions.
David Flaherty is an expert in the management of privacy
and information policy, an area in which he has
specialized since 1964.
