Simon Lucas

Simon Lucas has nearly 25 years international experience in planning and
leading the development and delivery of transformational business change,
including the launch of innovative new services. Typically these have
significant technology considerations, often with substantial contact centre
and internet components.
His work includes the public, private and not-for-profit sectors notably in
finance, tourism and health care. His clients have included The US Forest
Service, US Army Corps of Engineers, BC Ministry of Health, Health Canada,

Mark Clancy

Mark Clancy has over 17 years experience in project and business management.
He recently project-managed the introduction of Best Buy Canada’s customer
loyalty program, RewardZone, which enrolled several hundred thousand
customers in the first year. He has successfully managed complex technology
projects in Canada, the US and Australia in a variety of industry verticals.
Mark is a Professional Engineer, has an MBA from the University of Western
Ontario (Ivey), and is CEO of IGENO, a leading provider of management
reporting solutions. |
David Flaherty

David Flaherty is an expert in the management of privacy and information
policy, an area in which he has specialized since 1964.
As a consultant, David provides strategic advice on the management of
privacy issues, conducts assessments of privacy compliance and Privacy
Impact Assessments, and develops privacy codes to comply with current
legislation.
David served a six-year, non-renewable term as the first Information and
Privacy Commissioner for the Province of British Columbia (1993-99). He has
spoken widely on the subject, and has written or edited fourteen books. |
