	Michael DeSandoli has over 20 years experience in solutions delivery. He is an acknowledged leader in such industries as aerospace, retail, financial services and high-tech manufacturing.  Michael's specialties include online channel building, business development, IVR and sales operations. He has served as an executive and senior manager of Future Shop, Canaccord Capital, TELUS and Creo.

Richard Mason

Richard Mason also has over 20 years experience in solutions delivery, and has led change in such sectors as health insurance, government, financial services and telecommunications. Richard's specialties include program management, business development, change management and e-commerce. He has served as executive and senior manager of Health Insurance BC, Pacific Blue Cross and TELUS. Richard is on the board of the BC Contact Centre Association, and volunteers for the BC Technology Industry Association and the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs.

David Flaherty is an expert in the management of privacy and information policy, an area in which he has specialized since 1964.

As a consultant, David provides strategic advice on the management of privacy issues, conducts assessments of privacy compliance and Privacy Impact Assessments, and develops privacy codes to comply with current legislation.

David served a six-year, non-renewable term as the first Information and Privacy Commissioner for the Province of British Columbia (1993-99).  He has spoken widely on the subject, and has written or edited fourteen books.
